Refund policy

Every Killa Clothing Co. piece is printed after you order it, not pulled from a warehouse pile. Please check the Size Guide before you order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email KillaClothing26@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

Because every piece is printed for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check the Size Guide before you order.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. Orders shipped to an address entered wrong can't be replaced for free.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards can't be returned.

Refunds

We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank or card company may take extra time to post it. If it hasn't arrived, email KillaClothing26@gmail.com. To cancel an order, email KillaClothing26@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering, before it goes into production.
