This website is operated by Killa Clothing Co., doing business as Killa Clothing Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies they reference. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Online store terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or break any law in your jurisdiction while using the Site.

We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We try to keep the information on the Site accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. We may correct errors and change information at any time without notice.

4. Products and made-to-order printing *

Every piece is printed after you order it. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the product. Our tees are garment-dyed, so each one varies slightly in shade. That's part of the fabric, not a defect. Sizing information is in our Size Guide; flat measurements can vary up to 2 in.

5. Prices and changes to the service

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

6. Orders, billing and account information

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or with fraudulent details. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds *

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Refund policy.

8. Intellectual property *

All designs, artwork, logos and text on the Site and our products belong to Killa Clothing Co. or its owner. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

9. Third-party tools and links

The Site may include third-party tools or links. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

10. User comments and feedback

If you send us comments, ideas or feedback, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy policy.

You may not use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, upload malicious code, collect others' personal information, or interfere with the Site's security.
